"Growing Leaders in Western Culture" Scholarship Application

The "Growing Leaders in Western Culture" Scholarship is awarded to a high school senior or current student in a college, trade, vocational or a certified program, and enrolled in courses related to the “Western Way of Life” including farming, ranching, agriculture, rodeo, civic or community leadership, or other western-related activities. Selection is based on academic achievement, community involvement, leadership, and a demonstrated passion for the “Western Way of Life.”

• Applicants must be located in Central or Eastern Oregon.

• Completed applications must be received by April 1, 2026, and be accompanied by two (2) letters of recommendation.
